I personally find that it sounds really wierd but apparently its according to the rules but we really don’t get how you for example use arresia bow with only one hand or throw a javling or dagger with two hands. I had been reading the Artesia comic books that Mark had put out – I bought this for the information it would provide, as I no longer roleplay.
However, by changing the probability distribution to a bell curve, stats become more important and therefore dpg flat costs for raising characteristics and skills become unbalancing.

Strangely though its a Mark of Binding, which I don’t see being particularly useful for a Kingsmen, much less a boorish prince. What problem do you think that addresses and do you find that solution to be suitable?
I have yet to actually read any of the comic books this RPG is based on, but this book is all you need to play the RPG. As it currently stands, none of my players are super-fans, and only one of them has read any of the lore outside what was immediately explained to them by me or required for their character. I’m assuming it’s whatever the heck a totem is artesla to be in Artesia, but I really have no clue what it is or what it does.

I suspect the snakes coiling around them are Ghazarabi, as I imagine Ghazarabi knowledgeable about warfare would be good advisers to bind to you, and Ghazarabi are said to take the forms of artesja. Maybe you guys can home-rule it. Most companies seem to focus on grinding out book after book of questionable quality, milking their product for all it’s worth.
